This medium is great for spider plants,croton, calathea, aloe, ferns, etc. It also can be used for tomato plants, leafy greens, & other seedling starters. It is soilless which creates an undesirable living envriornment for pests. The nutreient provided by the earth worm castings & bio char promote healthy plant growth. The sphangum moss and vermiculite assist with water retention for those plants that prefer moisture.
